Heart Health

Have you started your new year with a pledge for improved health! Your heart should be part of that plan! Be sure to add exercise that will improve your cardiovascular fitness. It is as important to work on what is on the inside (like your heart) as well as gaining the benefits of improving self esteem and energy for yourself. Make a plan and try to stick with it. We can do this!
